Market Appraisal
You probably have a good idea of how much you want to achieve for your home and what you want to market it at.
Any Estate agent will tell you that valuation is not an exact science and for this reason we prefer to call it a Market Appraisal. This takes into account many different factors, such as:
- The speed at which you wish to sell
- Market conditions
- The appearance of your home
- Competition in your area
- Location and facilities
As you can see there are many factors which can influence the appraisal. To help us we will need as much information from you as possible, this combined with the information that we have access to from various sources will allow us to give you an appraisal report and advise you whether we consider your asking price to be too high or too low!
